Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used hair care products (e.g., conditioners, gels, waxes, creams).
- Personal care items such as clippers, shavers, and brushes.
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
